What we build

Three project shapes we deliver.

We do not template. Every site is custom-designed for your brand, but the engagement shape usually fits one of these.

Marketing site

10 to 25 page custom site with a CMS, blog, and lead-gen forms. The standard build for most professional services and growing brands.

From $18,000

SaaS & B2B site

Conversion-focused product site with feature, pricing, comparison, and integration pages. CRM and analytics tracking wired in.

From $32,000

Landing page system

A reusable landing-page kit for paid campaigns. Block-based design, fast publishing, and built-in A/B test scaffolding.

From $9,500

Capabilities

Designers and engineers, in the same room.

Every Techvork build pairs a senior designer with a senior front-end engineer from kickoff. No throw-it-over-the-wall handoffs, no Figma fantasies that cannot be built.

UX & strategy

Stakeholder interviews, competitor teardown, sitemap, content model, and a conversion plan before any pixel is pushed.

Visual & UI design

Bespoke design in Figma with a documented design system, type scale, and component library you keep forever.

Front-end engineering

Astro, Next.js, or SvelteKit for marketing sites. Tailwind, semantic HTML, and zero-jank interactions on every device.

CMS integration

Sanity, Contentful, Payload, WordPress, or Webflow. Editor-friendly fields, preview mode, and proper roles.

Performance & SEO

Core Web Vitals targets, image optimization, font budgets, schema markup, and a clean sitemap on day one.

Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)

Color contrast, focus states, keyboard flows, and screen-reader QA. Accessibility statements ship with every site.

How a build runs

Four phases, no surprises.

  1. Phase 1 · Weeks 1–2

    Discover

Stakeholder interviews, audit, sitemap, content model, and a conversion strategy that the build will execute.

  2. Phase 2 · Weeks 3–5

    Design

Wireframes, brand explorations, hi-fi UI in Figma, and a documented design system. Two structured rounds of feedback.

  3. Phase 3 · Weeks 5–9

    Build

Front-end engineering, CMS modeling, content migration, integrations, and Core Web Vitals tuning every week.

  4. Phase 4 · Weeks 10–12

    Launch

QA across devices, accessibility audit, redirect mapping, analytics QA, and go-live with on-call support.

FAQ

Web design questions.

Different question? Ask us.

How long does a custom website take to build?
Most marketing sites take 8 to 12 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger sites or custom integrations can run 14 to 18 weeks. We share a Gantt with milestones up front so you always know what is next.
What does a website project cost?
Marketing sites typically run $18,000 to $60,000 depending on page count, content, and integrations. SaaS and large brand sites can run higher. We give a fixed scope and price after a 30-minute discovery call.
Which CMS or stack do you use?
We default to Astro or Next.js for marketing sites with Sanity, Contentful, or Payload as the CMS. We also build on WordPress and Webflow when the team prefers a no-code editor. The right stack is the one your team will actually maintain.
Do you handle SEO during the build?
Yes. Every Techvork site ships with technical SEO baked in: clean URLs, schema markup, meta automation, image optimization, and Core Web Vitals tuned to green before launch. We can pair the build with our SEO retainer for ongoing growth.
Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes. Optional Care Plans cover hosting monitoring, security updates, performance budgets, and a small monthly bucket of design and dev hours for changes you would otherwise have to wait on.
Will I own the design and code?
Always. On project sign-off you get the full Figma file, source code, and CMS access. We do not lock clients into proprietary builders or hostage hosting.
