How fast is turnaround on the design retainer?
Most static deliverables turn around in 24 to 48 hours. Larger projects like decks and packaging run 3 to 5 business days. Motion typically takes 5 to 7 days.
What does the design retainer cost?
Starter starts at $2,500 per month. Studio runs $4,500 per month. Plus runs $7,500 per month and includes motion, packaging, and priority turnaround.
What kinds of design do you produce?
Meta and Google ad creative, organic social, email, pitch decks, sales decks, one-pagers, infographics, packaging, print collateral, and motion. Anything outside this list, ask us before you sign.
Are there limits on requests or revisions?
Active-request limits, not asset limits. Starter is one active request, Studio is two, Plus is three. We work through your queue continuously and revisions are unlimited within the active brief.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The retainer is month-to-month after the first 30 days. You keep all source files and we hand off cleanly within 5 business days.
Will you follow my existing brand guidelines?
Yes. If you have guidelines we will work to them. If you do not, we can build a starter system as part of the first month or pair the retainer with our Branding service.
