We only collect what we need to do good work and stay in compliance with applicable laws.
Information you give us
- Contact details when you submit a brief or email us (name, work email, phone, company, location).
- Project information you choose to share (goals, budgets, current marketing setup, access to ad accounts or analytics if engaged).
- Billing details if we begin a paid engagement (handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps).
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).
- Device and approximate location data inferred from IP.
2. How we use information
We use information for the following purposes only:
- Responding to inquiries and delivering the services you have asked for.
- Sending necessary operational emails (proposals, contracts, invoices, project updates).
- Improving our website and the relevance of our content.
- Aggregating anonymized data for case studies (we never identify you without permission).
- Meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.
5. Data retention

- Active client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and audit purposes.

7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews of who has access to what. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notify active clients by email.
